Thank you for shopping with Squiggle and Play PRINTS. Every item is made to order with care, and many of our products are personalised. Because of this, our refund policy is a little different from big retail stores. Please read the details below.
Custom & Personalised Items
Because custom items are made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on:
• Custom name items
• Custom colour prints
• Personalised orders
• Made‑to‑order items
If your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us — we will always make it right.
Non‑Custom Items
For non‑custom items, refunds may be available if:
• The item is unused
• In its original condition
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We may request a photo so we can assess the issue and organise a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After printing begins, cancellations may not be possible.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any item, including non‑custom prints.
