We do not store your payment information.

5. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing time for most orders is 3–7 days, depending on size and customisation.
Shipping times vary based on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or carriers.

6. Custom Orders
Custom name and custom colour items are made specifically for you.
Once printing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Custom items are non‑refundable, except in cases of damage or error.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
•     Custom name items
•     Custom colour items
•     Personalised orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you.

8. Accuracy of Information
We do our best to ensure all information on our site is accurate.
However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies.
