📦 Processing Time

All items are made to order.
Most prints are ready to ship within 3–7 days, depending on size and customisation.

🚚 Shipping Within Australia.

We ship Australia‑wide using reliable carriers.                                                              Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

📍 Local Pickup (Victoria)
Local pickup is available.
You’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order and often customised, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
•     Custom name items
•     Custom colour prints
•     Personalised orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Order Issues
If something isn’t quite right — damaged in transit, missing pieces, or not what you expected — please reach out.

Changes & Cancellations
